When there are two numbers listed, please follow the steps below.
- After you dial the 1st number, you may hear a message in English or a tone. Then dial the 2nd number.
- You will hear music while a translator is found which could take up to 5 minutes.
- The translator then will greet the employee in their language and ask the questions to complete the hotline call. However you make your report, remember that it is against Transitions Optical´s policy to retaliate against anyone for making a good faith report of a violation of law or the Code. Also, all reports are taken in strict confidence andif you request. Transitions Optical will make every effort to maintain the anonymity of anyone disclosing such information. Regardless of who recieves your report, they are responsible for ensuring that it is handled properly and that you are treated fairly in the process.
