Transitions Optical features a line of adaptive sunglasses with Callaway, Oakley and Nike frames

I wear contact lenses and when I play golf I usually wear sunglasses to better protect my eyes from harsh sunlight and to stop squinting. However, the sunglasses I have previously worn have always been a “one tint fits all” so to speak and did not adjust to changing light conditions. Then I discovered Transitions Optical, Inc., with their line of adaptive sunglasses specifically designed to improve visual performance during golf.

Their lenses are available in Callaway frames, Oakley Transitions sunglasses and Nike MAX Transitions sunglasses. “PGA professionals know how important vision is on the golf course,” said Grady Lenski of Transitions Optical. “These lenses will quite literally change the way you think about sunglasses. We know that from the minute people try on our lenses, they see a difference in the way they see the course.”

All of the Transitions adaptive sunglasses are designed specifically for golf and provide wearers a visual advantage on the course by adjusting to changing light conditions for color and contrast enhancement and improved depth perception. Partnering with best-in-class brands like Callaway, Nike and Oakley, Transitions adaptive sunglasses combine golf-specific tints with frame styles, and fit to result in a superior piece of golf equipment.

For sure, no two pairs of eyes are alike and vision is constantly changing from morning to night, work to play, person to person.

“Adaptive sun lenses are a game changer. They are as essential to great performance as having the right clubs,” added Lenski.
